TIPS: Import Pro/ENGINEER files from Local Disk to Pro/INTRALINK Workspace

TIPS: Import Pro/ENGINEER files from Local Disk to Pro/INTRALINK Workspace

Versions: Pro/INTRALINK 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.X

1. Click Object > Import in the Workspace windows to activate the import command in Intralink.

2. The Import Dialog box appears. Browse your local disk and select the files to be imported. When you are done, hit the OK button to proceed.

3. It may take some times for the importing process. When it is done, you should able to see the selected files in your Intralink Workspace. The workspace status for these object is mark New.

4. Next, select all the New object, press and hold RMB and choose Modify in the right click menu.

5. You need to set the folder for the imported objects before you can check in into Commonspace.
