TIPS: Rounds Transitions’ Stop Case in Pro/ENGINEER

Below is an example when we need to change the rounds transitions’ stop case. Download the example file here .

Notice that the rounds end with an unexpected gap due to the base geometry. See pictures below.

To correct this, select the rounds, press and hold the RMB, choose Edit Definition from the drop down menu.

On the rounds dashboard, click the transition button  and select the round transition as shown below.

Next, with the round transition selected, press and hold RMB, move your mouse to the different stop case in the drop down menu. You will notice that the transition change with mouse over.

Choose the stop case you desire; click the done button  and you will get the result as below.
